We will send you an e-mail notification that your made your purchase.  But hold on, we won't send you your voucher until the deal ends.  The day after the deal you purchased ends, we will send you your voucher via e-mail.  Print it, bring it into the business and enjoy your 50% or more discount. 

No. You have until the expiration date, which is usually between three to six months unless specifically stated otherwise.

We will send you an email with a link to print your voucher.  The voucher has redemption instructions printed on it.  But basically, print it, take it to the business and use it!

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date. If you'd like to discuss returning a voucher that you purchased, email us at support@pupalup.com
